Episode 73 - Joanna Hyatt on Abortion & a Pro-Life Viewpoint

There are few more tragic realities of our generation than abortion, not only for the innocent life that is taken but also the dynamics that leave women feeling like they have no other option.

Often the pro-life community is unjustly criticized for only being against abortion and not for supporting women and children out of the womb. Of course, this is not the majority of those who stand for human life, but the question remain - “How do we live with an everyday pro-life ethic that goes beyond holding a sign at a peaceful protest?” We sit down with Joanna Hyatt in search for the answer.

Joanna is wife to Andrew, a professional film director and screenwriter, and mom to four beautiful children. She is a self-professed nerd who loves to talk about controversial issues like sex, Jesus and in this episode abortion.

Joanna has been the director of a national STD and Teen Pregnancy prevention program based in Los Angeles and also spent several years working with Live Action as a content director, fundraiser and spokesperson. She also has travelled all over the United States, helping thousands of teens and parents tackle these very same *thorny* issues that are essential to raising our kids to be rebels in a culture going off the rails. Several of Joanna’s teaching series can also be found on Right Now Media.
